Q Piaget’s definition of intelligence is adaptation. Others consider a good memory or an extensive vocabulary to be a sign of intelligence. How would you define intelligence? Provide examples.
Intelligence is often associated with knowledge about current affairs about a particular subject. However, knowledge and intelligence is something completely different. The meaning of intelligence is often taken differently based on every individual’s perception. For some intelligence is knowledge, for some to find a solution to any kind of problem, for others it may be the alertness a human has regarding situations. What Piaget has defined about intelligence is not at all completely wrong. Intelligence is to adapt to new environment through your understanding of situations.
